Last week it was announced that Sony would be re-releasing a shed-load of games from the Playstation 2, on the modern day Playstation 4.
After a handful of games went live on December 5, it now seems we can expect a few more classics to be leaking onto the Playstation 4, thanks to online ratings websites. The latest game to get the re-release treatment is 2001’s Max Payne, after a ‘Mature’ rating appeared on the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) website.
Dark Cloud, Rogue Galaxy, Twisted Metal Black and The Mark of Kri also appeared on the website before they went live, while Ape Escape 2 and Dark Cloud 2 are yet to officially be announced.
Sony have also announced that Parappa the Rapper 2 and The King of Fighters 2000 will be heading to the PS4, but there’s no news on exactly when.
Playstation 2 emulation was subtly announced by Sony only weeks ago, after they denied it was possible for long periods of time.
