Xbox One Gets Eight More Backwards-Compatible Games

Microsoft continues to plow on in its quest to bring awesome Xbox 360 games to the Xbox One, and eight more gems are now available for you to download and play.

The most notable addition is the excellent Fallout: New Vegas. If you’re bored of Fallout 4 by now (and you probably are) then New Vegas is a good way to keep that nuclear love going.

While New Vegas is undoubtedly the headline act here, it’s joined by seven great Xbox Live Arcade games.

We’ve got action adventure Blood Knights, arcade classic Crystal Quest, action brawler Comic Jumper, Dungeons and Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, survival adventure I am Alive, stunt-’em-up Joe Danger, and sci-fi shooter Red Faction: Battlegrounds.

If you already own any of the above games they’ll be in the Ready to Download part of My Games and Apps on the Xbox One dashboard.

Alternatively, you can part with your hard earned cash and buy them if you fancy checking ’em out for the first time.

But if you just can’t be dealing with download nonsense and you happen to own New Vegas on disc, you can simply slip that badboy into your Xbox One and get going.

Other brilliant games currently available through the backwards-compatibility program include Portal 2, Left 4 Dead, Fable II, and Mirror’s Edge.
