The jungle queen had already lost a load of weight before she hit the Aussie camp, but she has toned up even more for the grand-reveal of her DVD.
The Gogglebox star has been in hot demand since she claimed the jungle crown, but has found the time to hit the gym even harder to get in shape for her gruelling promotion schedule.
The popular personality unveiled her toned new look on Instagram, comparing old pictures of the star with her latest snaps, to really highlight how hard she’s worked, according to the Mirror.
The star has lost an incredible three stone in just six months and was clearly very excited for the launch of her new regime, so fans can copy her tips on how she got so trim post-Christmas.
She took to Instagram to share her thoughts on Christmas Eve:
Ahhh it’s Christmas Eve I’m so excited! And it means only 2 more sleeps until my weight loss DVD is out in stores plus you can pre order it on Amazon now.
I can’t wait for you all to see it #weightloss #motivation #fitness’
The self confessed ‘professional couch potato,’ sends out the motivating message that if she can do it ‘then anyone can,’ captioning her pictures with encouragement for her admirers.
She wrote:
Getting sent pictures of people with my DVD is far too exciting. If I can do it I can’t wait to see how all of you lovely lot do!! 4 more sleeps till it’s out!
The reality TV star took a hold of the fitness reigns, after she was told by doctors that she was ‘obese’ and at a ‘high risk’ of developing Type 2 Diabetes.
Shocked by that worrying bombshell, Scarlett recalled it was like ‘a rocket up my bum’ and set about cutting out the ‘wrong things.’
The I’m A Celeb winner then trained incredibly hard, displaying huge dedication and commitment, to drop down from a size 18 to a 10 in an amazingly short space of time.
It takes a lot of physical and mental strength to whip your body into the shape you want- even if you have a personal trainer-these things don’t come easily and Scarlett did just that.
All credit to the star, she’s shown that anything can be done with the right mindset.
Great job Scarlett!
