Charlie Sheen made a shocking revelation about his HIV diagnosis in 2015, but now it seems he knows of a lot more celebrities with the condition.
The actor publicly confessed he was HIV positive on the Today show in November 2015, after claiming his exes had been blackmailing him to keep it secret.
Now it seems after an interview this morning on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the 51-year-old knows of many other actors in Hollywood who are also battling with the illness.
Jackie ‘O’ Henderson decided to broach the question by asking him about his own way of dealing with the diagnosis.
She asked:
Do you think there are more people in Hollywood that have HIV that wouldn’t dare come out and say it like you did?
Shockingly, Charlie confessed he did know of fellow Hollywood residents who had the condition, but said he would never ‘out’ them himself.

He added:
I know who they are, but I will take that to my grave.
A pretty sobering thought to think there are many other well-known Hollywood actors out there, going through a secret fight with the potentially life-changing condition.
Of course it is a horrendous illness no matter who has it, famous or not, and thoughts go out to anyone affected by the story.
