A seriously good looking couple who are celebrating their 10th anniversary have posted photos of their amazing transformation.
Wendy Joseph, 29, and her fiancé Dan Hennessey, 30, are originally from New Jersey but they now live in San Diego, California.
Both are fitness fanatics who regularly post on Instagram – to mark their 10th anniversary, Wendy posted a ‘then and now’ photo and they look rather different.

Posting a photo from 2007 along with one in 2017, Wendy wrote the caption:
10 year difference! Left 2007, Right 2017. I used to have a perm and wear my hair stuck to my face every day and @shotsofhennessey used to shave once a week. Now we just take serious swimsuit pictures in different countries.
According to Mail Online, Wendy ‘abandoned chemical hair straighteners’ six years ago and Dan grew beard last year.
The couple got engaged in Paris in September 2016 and work together as personal trainers offering fitness coaching and nutritional advice through their company True4You Fitness.
Dan, who was a college basketball player, has worked in the fitness industry for 11 years having Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Nutritional Coaching Certificate
However unlike a lot of personal trainers – their website reveals they prefer a more flexible, long-term approach to health and fitness – although both now boast abs and lean bodies, Wendy shared that she hasn’t always been as confident in her appearance.
However, Dan has helped her love and accept her body, no matter what.
She wrote:
He has been there for me no matter what. Literally.
No matter what. He has cared and cherished me through thick and thin. Literally. I’ve been thick and thin. Mostly thick but I love it so he loves it.
Wendy’s anniversary post has gone viral with almost 60,000 likes and thousands of comments praising their ‘ageless’ transformation.
