Given the level of muscle this man has on his body, it may surprise a few people that he trains for just an hour to an hour and a half each day.
His top tip for muscle building is actually quite a simple one, as it it all boils down to consistency.
He explained to the Daily Star:
I’ve been training 16 years now and can honestly say being consistent is one of the most important contributing factors to successfully building a great physique, combining this with patience, you will see the soon see the impact of hard work and dedication.
Simeon also follows a strict, healthy diet for 95 per cent of the time to keep his body in a condition he’s satisfied with.
He said:
I don’t count calories but I estimate I consume in excess of 4,500 calories a day.
I don’t have a bodybuilder’s diet; I have a healthy eating diet. I eat a whole range of good, healthy, clean foods and that not only keep me trim, but also allow me to steadily grow over a long period of time.
On top of this, he makes sure he’s fuelling himself with plenty of carbohydrates, protein and lots of muscle boosting veg like asparagus, spinach and broccoli to make sure his muscles are always at their best.
So in short, there are no shortcuts.
You don’t get ripped, or build mass like that without lifting some serious weight and thinking very carefully about your diet.
I can’t help but think he makes the whole thing look like a walk in the park…
