The insider said:

They are really sad but hopeful. They immediately got him very good care and they are hoping and praying for the best.

They are getting him the best doctors around. It’s really heartbreaking. This was a real shock, but they are doing everything they can.

They’re staying positive and Noah is a fighter.

Daniela Lopilato, Michael’s sister-in-law revealed that Noah is not suffering from leukeamia and the cancer is not affecting his central nervous system.

In a recent interview, the 41-year-old singer expressed his adoration for his two sons, Noah and Eli:

I had no idea how much I would love being a dad. That’s it, that’s all I care about … I love them too much probably, if there was such a thing. It’s made everything else so insignificant, moments that I was afraid of and moments that would overwhelm me have now become a joy because I’ve realised how not serious they are compared to what is really important, which is Noah and Eli and that’s it.

Michael, who was in the US when he got the news, dropped everything to travel back to Argentina to be with his family and cancelled all work engagements.
