The quest for perfect skin is never ending, and while there are plenty of anti-aging creams out there already, one mum claims to have found the ultimate youth-defining serum.

31-year-old Tracy Kiss believes consumption of semen smoothies, as well as using the product as a face mask, has boosted her immunity, improved her skin and had benefits on her well-being in general.

Tracy says she puts a spoonful of semen – which is donated to her by a friend – into her smoothie every morning, in a bid to beat illness.

Tracy told The Sun:

I’d been feeling run down and had no energy, but now I’m full of beans and my mood has improved.

It can taste really good – depending on what my friend has been eating. My other mates think I’m strange, but I don’t give a toss.

Tracy’s handy friend apparently pops round three times a week with a fresh tub of his product for her.

She added:

I know he’s healthy, doesn’t smoke, drink or do drugs and I made him have an STI check.

When I first approached him, he was concerned I’d use it to impregnate myself. But once I’d convinced him it was for my beauty regime he agreed – after all, he has a regular supply at hand!

Tracy is a qualified nutritional adviser and personal trainer, and says she keeps the sperm in the fridge before mixing it with fruit, seeds, and coconut or almond milk to make smoothies.

However, she also said she’s happy drink it on its own, saying: ‘Every batch tastes different, depending on what he’s been eating’.

She added:

If he’s been drinking alcohol or eaten something particularly pungent like asparagus, I ask him to give me a heads up so I know not to drink it neat.

Things like pineapple and peppermint make it taste better, but I’ll happily take it straight off a spoon usually.

Tracy has even filmed a YouTube video on how to give yourself a semen facial, in which she also talks about the positive effects it has had on her skin. And, before you ask, she apparently mixes it with egg whites and lavender oil before applying, then leaves it on for 15 minutes.

Tracy’s not the first person to do either, as a skin expert recently claimed semen can reduce wrinkles and prevent spots.

The lengths some people will go to.
