Meet 61-year-old Yazemeenah Rossi, a professional model who’s wonderfully youthful complexion has landed her top modelling jobs at high-end chains like Marks & Spencer and JD Williams.
Ross first took up modelling when she was 28 but got her big break at 45 – and her trademark white hair and age-defying looks have made her one of the most in-demand models in the world.
So how does Yazemeenah manage to maintain her youthful good looks? Well in an exclusive interview with The Daily Star she explained her fountain of youth isn’t some secret and expensive formula, in fact it will only set you back a few quid.
All you need for a wrinkle free face is to is rub olive oil on your face and rapeseed oil through your hair, or at least that’s what Yazemeenah thinks has kept her looking so fresh.
Yazemeenah also whips up a homemade exfoliant from olive oil and fine sugar which gives herself a good scrub once a week.
Speaking to Daily Star Online, she said:
There are no beauty products I couldn’t live without as I can always find what I need anywhere. My basics are in the kitchen cabinet, but I also use some extra luxuries like various precious oils.
Yazmeenah also explained how she believes that the media try and make people believe they need expensive products to have great skin but that the body can protect it’s own skin.
But it’s not just about a rigorous skin-care regime. The modelling sensation also stresses how important diet is to a healthy life, saying the best thing for the skin is to eat enough healthy fats on a daily basis and to oxygenate well while you exercise.
If it keeps you looking as young as Yazemeenah it’s got to be worth it…
