It’s rumoured that he’ll skip presenting tonight’s X Factor to recover from his fall.
The Mirror is reporting that Simon was going downstairs to warm some milk after waking in the night feeling unwell.

He has been discharged from hospital but has to wear a blood pressure monitor in case there is a problem with his heart.
Simon Cowell is only 58-years-old, which is young enough, but he is a heavy-smoker which can lead to all sorts of health complications.
He’s told press outside his house that he is suffering from concussion after his fall – which is no picnic depending on the severity.
Simon said that he ‘didn’t know’ about returning for tonight’s live show, but said he would be back on The X Factor ‘soon’.
Regardless of what you think about Simon Cowell, and he’s certainly a controversial character, you’ve got to hope that he’s not suffering from anything too serious and he makes a full recovery soon.
