Back in 2004, Friend’s star, Jennifer Aniston, was voted People’s Most Beautiful Woman in the World, and now she’s at it again – having been crowned the 2016 winner.

Gracing the cover for the second time, the 47-year-old speaks of many things, including how she keeps in shape, and the bubble-butt she had in her early years which would make even Nicki Minaj weep with envy.

In a video for PeopleTV, Jennifer said that when she got the news that she’d been named the World’s Most Beautiful Woman once again it was a surprise – but it’s easy to see how she got the vote.

According to the Daily Mail, she described the moment she won, saying:

There was a sort of very excited, sort of teenager-y kind of moment of feeling very, very flattered.

She also spoke of how she stays in such great shape, saying:

Oh yes, I’ve got a healthy bag of vitamins I take three times a day, like Viviscal and your basic omegas and vitamin C. Good stuff.

Because I’ve taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping. I’m taking care of the one body I have.

Talking about her self-confessed bubble-butt, she said:

I’ve never loved my butt. It’s sort of a thing. I had a bubble butt and was teased. Now people are paying money to get things injected. Like, we’re sitting here dying over squats and I’m like, “Wait, what the trend?!?

It’s also worth noting that Jennifer exercises for about an hour six days a week, while doing a spot of yoga on the side and weight-training too.

However it’s not all about exercise, as she argues it’s just as much about ‘Inner confidence. Peace. Kindness. Honesty. And a life well-lived’…
