A woman who proudly shares photos of herself on Instagram doing yoga – naked – has hit back at haters.
21-year-old Kirsty Tavolacci from North Carolina, US, has more than 30,000 followers on her Instagram account Tiny Kirsty.
Kirsty often bares all while doing elaborate yoga poses but claims she posts the photos to let everyone know they are beautiful in their natural state.
The former cheerleader began practising yoga after admiring other fitness gurus’ photos online and doesn’t allow any negativity on her page deleting rude comments and blocking haters.
Kirsty wants her page to promote body positivity and wishes everyone had the confidence to show themselves ‘naked, natural and truly themselves’.
She told Charlotte Five:
Fitness and yoga for me has been a complete game changer in my life. It’s inspired my personal development, and I hope to bring that inspiration to the world.
Honestly, I don’t believe confidence should be hidden and I am a firm believer every single person is perfect the way they are.
I was prompted to post naked yoga photos because it was freeing, liberating and truly a form of art not many people had seen before.
The purpose of the photos is to let everyone know they are beautiful and to let everyone know in their most natural state, confidence and self-love is everything.
Quick to delete rude comments, sometimes Kirsty replies with savage style.
When one of her followers left a nasty comment about the size of her breasts, Kirsty replied:
You would NOT like it if someone commented on your photos saying something negative about you.
As a society we should be telling others they are beautiful and empowering them, not doing the opposite as you are doing right now.
Kirsty also spoke about how yoga makes her feel powerful and allows her to focus, saying:
It makes me focus on the pure physical and mental practice.
No distractions and no judgement.
