107-Year-Old Man Reveals The Secret To His Long Life

What’s the secret to a long life? Eating well? Exercising? Staying happy?

Well, according to 107-year-old Antonio Docampo García, it’s none of the above.

Instead, García, who died last week in Vigo in north west Spain, attributed his long life to drinking four bottles of red wine each and every day, reports the i100.

He also claimed that he never touched a drop of water, which sounds like a sure fire way to get kidney stones, to be honest.

Apparently, the badass Spaniard would consume two bottles of his homemade wine each day with lunch and another two with dinner.

According to the Telegraph, his son Miguel Docampo López said:

He could drink a litre and a half all at once. When we were both at home we could get through 200 litres of wine a month. He never drank water.

Given that Garcia sold his own wine, as the founder of the Bodegas Docampo wine company, the cynical part of us can’t help but wonder if this is a bit of a cheeky marketing ploy by his family.

Still, it does give the rest of us p*ssheads hope for the future yet!
