YouTubeTragic footage has emerged showing the final moments from inside a helicopter that crashed while taking a bride-to-be to her own wedding.
Rosemere do Nascimento Silva was tragically killed in the accident along with her brother, the pilot and a photographer who, tragically, was six-months- pregnant.
32-year-old Rosemere was planning to surprise her fiancé Udirley Damasceno, who was waiting at the altar, unaware that his wife-to-be had planned a surprise entrance.
YouTubeThe crash took place in a rural area on the outskirts of Sao Paulo, in Brazil, just a mile away from the wedding venue.
Rosemere’s fiancé, along with the vast majority of their 300 wedding guests, had no idea she had planned the spectacular entrance.
Investigations are now underway by police to try and establish the cause of the fatal event.
YouTubeSome reports suggest the helicopter may have hit a tree due to bad visibility as there was rain, fog and cloud on the day.
One of the organisers, Carlos Eduardo Batista said:
All brides have a dream and hers was to arrive by helicopter to their wedding without anyone knowing.
The accident was discovered when Mr Batista realised the chopper had not arrived – the journey should have taken just 15 minutes – and made a phone call to confirm it had taken off.
YouTubeDespite 300 guests being present at the wedding, it’s thought that only six knew about the helicopter surprise.
The groom was told the news at the altar by the pastor and was said to have gone into complete shock.
Eight fire engines rushed to the scene but nothing could be done to save the four occupants.
