At the best of times Bryan Cranston seems like one of the nicest guys in Hollywood and this latest move may only prove that even further.

A lucky Breaking Bad fan got treated to an amazing surprise when she picked up a copy of his latest autobiography at an airport bookshop, which apparently was signed by the actor himself.

Makenna Enfinger was doing a spot of shopping before her flight at Love Field airport, Dallas when she found a copy of the book, called A Life in Parts, with the message ‘Open Me’ on the front.

She found a message inside the book, allegedly from Cranston himself, and it had already been paid for.

The message said:

Hi. Hey, thanks for taking a gander at my book. Take this book for yourself FREE! Really. I just bought it – see the receipt. I hope you enjoy the read. Have a nice day. Bryan Cranston, Dallas Airport, Oct 19 2016, 9:45 am.

Makenna then tweeted the actor to thank him:

Cranston was speaking at an event in the city on the same day, but it has not yet been confirmed that it was him who left the note.

The cynical side of us said it’s an elaborate prank, but we really hope in our heart of hearts that this is actually real. If it is, that’s one classy move Bryan.
