Davide Montana/FacebookProfessional football is an incredibly tough industry to break into, but for one chap in Italy he’s gone for a career that’s a little harder, dropping the balls opting instead for a leading role in the adult industry.
Davide Iovinella hung up his boots at 24 years old to pursue his dream of becoming an adult film star.
Apparently you can get more bang for your buck in skin flicks than you can in Serie D. Or should that be the other way round?

After successfully auditioning, Davide was selected as one of 3,000 to work with director Rocco Siffredi on screen.
He flew to Siffredi’s Academy in Budapest where he picked up the stage name Davide Montana.

It’s not like being in bed with your partner, so you have to work hard and be stable.
But he’s not given up the goals for good, he intends to hit the pitch with a local club between shoots.
He added:
The ideal would be to find a club in Hungary.
Davide is not the first person to make a jump into the adult industry from what’s considered a pretty cushy position.
Paige Jennings shot to fame after leaving a dream job at Wall Street asset management company Lazard and becoming the performer Veronica Vain. It didn’t turn out to plan.
She told Fox News:
I did the whole finding myself thing in my early 20s in a very public way.
I really thought porn would be my thing, but it wasn’t a world of fun, openness and sexuality — it has its own rules and there were a lot of pros and cons I didn’t like.
The character she portrayed, the Wall Street girl gone wild, wasn’t her:
I didn’t want to be Veronica Vain.
That wasn’t fully representative of me. I came in with this edgy act, this Wall Street p*rn star and that’s not me — I’m a very low maintenance kind of girl.
Now Jennings is working towards becoming a YouTube celebrity gamer-girl. Since interviewing with Fox last year she’s racked up another 100,000 subscribers.
