So surprise, surprise the world hasn’t ended despite conspiracy theorists saying the apocalypse was coming today.

Doomsday prophet David Meade has made past claims the world would end on September 23 2017.

Of course this hasn’t happened (yet) and now Meade is backtracking, postponing the rapture.

As if you can postpone the rapture!

The so-called ‘Christian numerologist’ has now clarified the apocalypse has been delayed.

He told The Washington Post:

The world is not ending, but the world as we know it is ending.

A major part of the world will not be the same the beginning of October.

This nonsensical statement isn’t helping your case mate!

According to Meade, today will see the beginning of a number of events that will eventually lead to the end of the world.

Using the ‘biblically significant’ number 33 and his interpretation of the Bible’s Book of Revelation, Meade suggested that Planet Nibiru, also known as Planet X, would hit Earth on September 23.

We are still yet to see this happen of course…

According to the conspiracy theorist, the clues are written on the pyramids in Ancient Egypt.

He said:

It faces true north with only 3/60th of a degree of error and is located at the centre of the land mass of the Earth.

The east/west parallel that crosses the most land and the north/south meridian that crosses the most land intersect in two places on the Earth – one in the ocean and the other at the Great Pyramid.

NASA has denied these claims saying there is no evidence this planet exists.

That doesn’t stop many from believing in it though and there is still eight hours left of September 23 so get ready!
