A high flying hedge-fund manager has been accused of offering his girlfriend tens of thousands of dollars to abort his baby.
Elmira Nayark, 32, is suing her former partner of two-and-a-half years, Ron Ozer, 29, over child support for a daughter she alleges they conceived while together.
Nayark alleges Ozer turned cold after she announced she was pregnant with his child and demanded she ‘take a pill’ and ‘call the clinic’, The New York Post reports.

According to the suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court last week, Ozer then supposedly claimed he would deny the baby was his after Nayark told him she was keeping it.
The suit also claims Ozer had a colleague text Naymark a deal where he’d pay her thousands if she has an abortion.

The text allegedly read:
He wants to help you out and take care of this. This isn’t the only chance for you to have children.
You don’t have to force this and do it alone. He’d be willing to offer a lump sum of money to you. I’m sure he would have no problem with 50k-75,000+.
Naymark didn’t accept his offer and had her little girl in September and claims Ozer hasn’t contributed to his child’s care while she’s been forced to go on food stamps and Medicaid to support her child.

In her suit, Naymark is asking for child support ‘proportionate with [Ozer’s] vast wealth and income,’ the New York Post reports.
She also wants a paternity test, full custody of the baby, health insurance for the baby, funding for private schools and a $5million life-insurance policy listing herself and their daughter as beneficiaries in case of Ozer’s death.
Mr Ozer’s lawyers have not commented on the case.
