The Big Bang Theory star can be seen in the video, clearly emotional, as her boyfriend Karl Cook, pops the question in the heartwarming video.
Kaley divorced from Ryan Sweeting one year ago after getting married in December 2013. The pair filed for divorce in September 2015.
@normancook / InstagramBy the time the divorce went through, Kaley had reportedly already met professional rider Karl – it seems love has struck again and Kaley is going to walk down the aisle once more.
In the video, which was posted to Instagram, Kaley can be seen crying and staring at her engagement ring in disbelief.
Her fiance Karl is asking her what’s on the ring and asking her what’s happened, to which Kaley says ‘we’re engaged’ in between emotional sobs.
Karl then jokes how Kaley hasn’t even said yes yet, which leads Kaley to respond by saying:
I say yes!
In the background, her reply is greeted by loud laughs and cheers from their friends off camera.
Fans were over the moon for the happy couple, passing on well wishes for their future together.
Last year, Kaley admitted her split from her husband had been a tough ride on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
She said:
Yes, I’m getting divorced. You know, last year was very bizarre and we all go through really weird ups and downs.
And sometimes I’m a little bit more seen. And everyone goes through that stuff… You know, so I already feel like 2016 is going to be a much better year than 2015.
And you know, it’s been rough, but things are going good. I’m much, much better now. I’m in a much much better place than I was.

Kaley was visibly more at peace with herself in her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel back in September when she revealed recent travelling problems she’d encountered over the summer.
The revelations included how the star has watched The Big Bang Theory on flights and in particularly, a very awkward encounter when she was stopped by TSA at the airport.
Cuoco told host Jimmy when she travels with her now fiance Karl, he always seems to get stopped by security.
Kaley relived the encounter and told Jimmy:
We were travelling to Australia and Karl for some reason, my boyfriend, ends up getting the pat-down as we pass through security.
He’s so unassuming there’s no reason he should be getting patted down.
Apparently Karl had given Kaley a warning before they embarked on the flight, even telling her:
Something bad is going to happen.
Jimmy Kimmel Live Cuoco ignored the ‘advice’ from Carl but was soon approached by a security guard who informed her she had something inside her purse.
Kaley continued:
She starts searching through and she pulls out a wine opener out of my purse. Like a real one. The one with arms. I was like, ‘oh my god, that’s a weapon.’
So in my bag I have all these little bags and she said that they need to go through all of them.

He takes out my make-up bag, I thought, ‘he won’t find anything in there’, I had a second wine opener in my make-up bag, I swear.
It was a tiny one, like somehow I’d subconsciously put it in there. I thought, ‘Oh my God, I’m going to be on a no-fly list’.
I just like alcohol. I’m always quite prepared, I love my wine
