Divorce: The seemingly inevitable result of marriage.
We’re all too used to it these days, remember Kim Kardashian’s 72 day marriage to that really tall man Kris Humphries.
Or When Ross and Rachel got married in Vegas and decided to divorce the next day.
Well this couple, from Saudia Arabia, must have broken some sort of record after the groom filed for a divorce two hours after their wedding.
The reason was because she posted a photo of their wedding ceremony on Snapchat, the Mirror reports.
It turns out that part of the prenuptial agreement was that they would not use social media applications like Snapchat, Instagram, or Twitter, to post photos of their ceremony.
When the groom discovered she had broken this part of the agreement, he immediately filed for a divorce.
What’s a conversation about divorce without a photo of these two…
The bride’s brother said:
It [the social media ban] was included in the marriage contract and became binding.
Regretfully, my sister did not honour the pledge and used Snapchat to share pictures from the wedding ceremony with her female friends, resulting in the shocking decision by the groom to cancel their marriage and call for divorce.
This seems pretty harsh from the groom, she just wanted to show off her wedding snaps to the girls.
