Noel Gallagher’s daughter is not happy with her mum for one of her recent Instagram posts.
Model Anais called out her mum, Meg Matthews, who was caught posing on a mega pricey designer towel rather insensitively in front of a a charity advert…
Meg posted the snap of her getting a massage on a £120, Missoni towel, in front of a Unicef poster ironically appealing for blankets, according to the Evening Standard.
The campaign can be seen in the background urging people to give £3 for blankets for one of their urgent causes.
Blissfully unaware of the controversy her post might cause, Meg captioned the image by referencing her expensive choice of towel, making it all the more uncomfortable.
She wrote:
Finished at last packing presents. Physio, homing dogs, and now coco the best massage #missioni towels …. spot Oscar sleeps between my legs for the whole time …..”
Anais wasted no time in pulling her mum up on the mess up.
She commented:
The irony of the ad behind…
Perhaps embarrassed by her ironic slip up, Meg commented back that she hoped people would donate now that she had inadvertently advertised the campaign.
She responded:
Hope everyone is texting blanket to give £3 as its got lots of attention.
Well that was awkward.
No-one wants to have to publicly shame their mum for doing something embarrassing do they…
