Could Prince Harry be dating Ellie Goulding?
The prince is rumoured to be courting the pop singer after the pair got close at the Audi Polo Challenge a few weeks ago.
The pair have been friends for several years, ever since she performed at brother William’s wedding back in 2011. She was also asked to perform at Prince Harry’s 30th birthday party in September.
GettyBut apparently things have been heating up between the pair recently, exchanging regular flirty texts in recent weeks.
According to The Sun, Harry and Ellie even shared a cheeky kiss at the event in Coworth Park, Berkshire.
A source told the paper:
Harry was really going for it after the polo – he was drinking and dancing. They were part of a wider group including Tom Hardy but Harry and Ellie only had eyes for each other all night – they spent a lot of time sitting together under blankets. They were seen having a kiss before Harry had to go because he was playing polo the next day. Ellie left about five minutes later.
GettyHarry has been single since he split up with ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas two years ago, while Ellie broke up with McFly bassist Dougie Poynter in March this year.
But it seems the Palace are trying to cock-block the young prince, with the insider adding:
Harry was overheard on the way out telling some friends how much he liked her. But there’s already a lot of talk amongst friends that the palace wouldn’t allow her as a serious girlfriend because of her celebrity background.
That’s a shame, but to be honest, I doubt he will struggle in the dating game as much as us mere mortals.
