Will Poulter Dressed As Sid For Halloween Is The Best Costume Ever

There’s been some pretty amazing Halloween costumes in the past, but Will Poulter dressed as Sid from Toy Story, beats them all.

Will, known for his roles in We’re the Millers, The Maze Runner, and The Revenant – or possibly just as ‘the guy with the eyebrows’ – took on a new movie role for Halloween and absolutely nailed it.

The 25-year-old dressed up as Sid, the ever-feared animated toy-terroriser from Toy Story, who had a habit of taking toys apart and assembling them back in strange and unnatural combinations.

Will fully committed to his costume, perfectly replicating Sid’s black t-shirt emblazoned with a skull, along with a toy Woody, and magnifying glass, which the animated character used to direct burning sunlight onto our favourite cowboy’s forehead.

While Sid is undoubtably not a favoured character in the movies, Will used his character to raise awareness for anti-bullying month, which takes place in the US in October.

The Maze Runner star is an advocate for anti-bullying, which he mentioned as he posted a picture of his Halloween photo – where he also pointed out he’d been compared to the Toy Story character in the past, even without the costume.

Well, he was made into a meme:

Sharing his excellent costume on Twitter, Will wrote:

This Halloween I thought I should respond to the comparisons with Disney Pixar’s biggest bully next door and go as Sid from Toy Story.

In addition to having a laugh at my expense I wanted to try and raise some attention for a cause I am an ambassador for @antibullyingpro.

As this month is Bullying Prevention Month in the USA and anti-bullying week in the UK is just around the corner, I would really appreciate it if you could please give them a follow before you like or share and help support the cause to make school a safer and happier place for young people.

Anti-bulling pro is a UK program which was founded in 2011 as part of the Diana Award, which works to train young people to become anti-bullying ambassadors in schools.

Students in the program help to educate their peers on bullying and promote an anti-bullying culture.

While Will’s behaviour in real life might be the complete opposite of evil Sid’s, you have to admit, they share a likeness in their looks.

Amazing.

Will’s fans were quick to praise his costume and the message he was sending along with it.

One appreciative Twitter user wrote:

i absolutely adore u. not only did u do what ur fans wanted but u also support an amazing project. you’re truly so kind-hearted will [sic]

While another added:

This is the best costume. And raising awareness for a good cause too!

I think Will’s costume will be very tough to beat – although Rita Ora dressed as Post Malone might give him a run for his money!

With three days still to go until Halloween, let’s hope we see some more amazing celebrity costumes over the next few days!
