Woman Takes Masturbation Breaks In Work Instead Of Having Coffee

By :

We all have our own methods for dealing with stress at work: venting to friends, taking multiple cigarette breaks, or procrastinating for approx a week until your workload is 10x higher and nothing has been resolved (guilty as charged).

Anyone who’s ever worked in an office/retailer/anywhere will know it’s impossible to remain stress free at all times, and sometimes you just need to take a break from all the drama to recharge.

While some might choose to go for a short stroll or a coffee run, one woman has revealed she does something rather different when she’s trying to relieve stress at work – and it involves masturbation.

Nadia Bokody, sex columnist and global editor of She Said, revealed in a recent article that she takes masturbation breaks at work when she’s feeling stressed.

The editor notes that while other people choose to ‘puff on their cinnamon vapes’ and wait in line at Starbucks for their pumpkin lattes, she’s happily relieving her stress in a much more exciting way.

Bokody writes:

I’m sitting at my desk at work, feeling a little… tense; part stressed about my deadlines, part sexually frustrated. I have a very healthy libido, and writing and reading about sex all day doesn’t exactly do anything to dull it.

So, I slip out for my daily ‘coffee break’. Only, I’m not going for a coffee, I’m going for a wank. Yes, you read that right – I flick the bean in work hours.

When other colleagues are busy self-indulgently puffing on their cinnamon vapes and making trips to Starbucks to wait in line for 10 minutes for their pumpkin lattes, I’m rubbing one out.

The sex columnist goes on to say that, if it’s lunch time, she’ll head home for a ‘quick dalliance’ with her vibrator. If she can’t wait that long, she’ll head into a toilet cubicle and ‘surf some RedTube’ until her stresses are eased.

Bokody says masturbating makes her ‘brighter and more focused,’ ensuring she’s ready to tackle whatever the rest of the day throws at her. Not just because she loves masturbation, she says, but because it has scientifically proven benefits.

For example, a study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine found that orgasms are actually better for the brain than typical mental exercises, such as Soduku. This is because blood flow is boosted to every single part of the brain during climax, whereas mental exercises only stimulate certain regions.

Bokody doesn’t care much for workplace etiquette either, stating that your employer typically doesn’t have a right to dictate what you do in your allocated break time.

Basically, she says, as long as we do it in our allocated break time, we should ‘fap away’.
