50 Cent Says He Wouldn’t Care If 21-Year-Old Son Got Hit By A Bus

Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson has left fans shocked after stating he ‘wouldn’t have a bad day’ if his own son got hit by a bus.

The rapper left the surprisingly brutal comment on an Instagram pic showing his 21-year-old son Marquise Jackson posing with Kyle McGriff, the son of Kenneth ‘Supreme’ McGriff, whom 50 is in an ongoing feud with.

Convicted drug trafficker McGriff – who is currently serving a life sentence for unrelated murder-for-hire charges – has previously faced allegations of being involved in the attempted murder of the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ rapper.

During the May 2000 attack, 50 was shot nine times including his hand, arm, hip, chest, both legs and left cheek. The bullet in his cheek left his tongue permanently swollen, giving Fiddy his distinctive vocal slur.

The photograph which left 50 so incensed was originally uploaded to Kyle’s Instagram, before being re-shared to a fan page.

On the comment section of the photograph, the ‘In Da Club’ rapper wrote the following:

If both these little n***** got hit by a bus, I wouldn’t have a bad day.

People were understandably appalled by this statement, calling out 50 for not acting as a father is expected during such a situation.

One person tweeted:

Marquise Jackson behaves exactly how a hurt and abandoned child would tl [sic] their father. 50 is 100% to blame for that.

Another urged:

Sometimes our misguided children are crying out for our love. Find away [sic] to connect.. we are the parents. He deserves his father just like your other son.

I just turned 40 and all I wanted was a phone call from my dad, and he never called… be a good dad don’t be as ass like mine.

Responding to criticism, the Bellator partner hit back with a tweet:

I have zero ill will towards anyone living on this Earth.

The people Shanquois [sic] son looks up to and associates with is a reflection of the negative energy he embraces towards me.

I paid his mother $1,360,000 in support to afford him opportunities I never had.

He added:

They just spent it, over the years I repeated get a job now they have to figure it out. Oh and Power season 6 is fire I directed episode 603 #lecheminduroi

It was at this point Marquise’s mother Shaniqua Tompkins stepped in to defend her son, ripping into her former partner with a no-holds-barred Instagram story:

I find it humorous that a not so gangster rapper will go so hard and be so delligent [sic] at going at his child and his child’s mother, but won’t keep that same energy for n***as who put that hot lead up his ass… Alexa play “Many Men” by 50 Cent.

50 Cent swiftly replied:

She is just confused, the question is how long do you think it will take her to identify with the truth. What ever I say is the truth, don’t play wit my pimpin. get the strap LOL #lecheminduroi

A source told People:

[Marquise] does this kind of stuff to get a rise out of him,

Any time 50 is having a problem with anyone on social media, his son will seek out that person and then make it a point to post it.

The relationship between 50 Cent and son Marquise has been turbulent for some time, with tensions frequently bubbling up publicly on social media.

In June 2018, Marquise Instagrammed a sarcastic ‘fathers day’ picture of himself smiling with his arm around an empty chair.

Hopefully this feuding father and son will one day be able to heal the rift between them. Life really is too short for all this hostility.
