GettyAriana Grande has paid tribute to her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller.
The singer posted a photo of Miller, who she was in a relationship with for two years, to her Instagram account.
Miller sadly passed away on Friday (September 7), no cause of death has been announced at this stage.
GettyMiller was found on Friday at around noon in his San Fernando Valley home. He was pronounced dead at the scene, law enforcement officials have told TMZ.
The rapper, 26, was troubled by substance abuse and it’s been reported his death is connected to an ‘apparent overdose’, although no official cause of death has been confirmed at this time.
Ariana has remained silent since TMZ first broke the tragic news Friday — Miller died at his San Fernando Valley home from an apparent overdose. While Grande still hasn’t spoken, she’s clearly paying tribute to her ex in the photo … which appears to include her feet in the shot.
GettyAriana and Mac were friends for years and went public there were in a relationship in 2016. He was with her during the tragic event in Manchester, England when a terrorist killed 22 people with a bomb at her concert.
The two split in May, and it was revealed he was battling substance abuse issues. He was arrested for a DUI and hit and run shortly after their breakup, and Ariana tweeted: ‘Pls take care of yourself’.
Though Grande shared the photo on Instagram, she still has comments disabled … reportedly due to the fact she was being harassed my commenters blaming her for Mac’s death.

Earlier this week Vulture published a candid profile with Miller, who addressed public perception of his lifestyle, saying:
You know what’s funny? I feel like the public perception of me varies on who you ask. But there’s a bit of a freedom in knowing that people are going to think all types of shit, no matter what.
It actually makes me less stressed about how my actions are perceived. It’s out of my control. I mean, to a degree … I could control it. I could live this squeaky clean life and everything. I could try to control the media. But I’ve been finding freedom in just living and letting people say whatever the fuck they want.
Like, do I really care what Hollywood Life is saying? If I read a headline, and I’m like, ‘Wow, that’s completely untrue …’ I’m like, ‘That’s as far as it goes. Okay, cool. So a bunch of kids now think that.’ Fine. As long as I have people that are hearing my music, and there’s still that relationship … all that [other] shit lasts a day.
