Following the sad death of Pete Burns, the former pop star’s final tweet has taken on a chilling new twist…
Burns’ manager confirmed the 57-year-old died yesterday after suffering a ‘massive heart attack’ reports the Daily Star.
His management released a statement on Twitter saying:
All of his family and friends are devastated by the loss of our special star.
He was a true visionary, a beautiful talented soul, and he will be missed by all who loved and appreciated everything he was and all of the wonderful memories the has left us with.
However, Burns’ fans were quick to notice that the former Dead Or Alive frontman’s last tweet had now taken on an eerie meaning…

It was published on October 13th – just ten days before he died. Although his management had used his account since, it was Pete’s last post.

Burns enjoyed a successful career, releasing three Top 30 UK albums – Sophisticated Boom Boom, Youthquake and Mad, Bad, And Dangerous To Know.

However, Burns was left virtually unrecognisable from his music days following numerous plastic surgeries and had recently appeared on the Channel 5 show, Celebrity Botched Up Bodies.
