Ed Sheeran Wasn’t Let Into Grammy’s After Party For Ridiculous Reason

Ed Sheeran has not exactly had much luck when it comes to getting into the Grammy’s after-parties, having been rejected for the fourth time…

The red-headed singer even performed at the awards ceremony, but apparently that wasn’t enough to secure him a place at the exclusive party, according to Digital Spy.

The reason behind Ed’s rejection is ridiculous though and something the Shape Of You singer, try as he might, can’t seem to avoid…

Just got the test pressing for the album, can’t wait for you to hear it! Pre-order link in my bio x

He told Ryan Seacrest on his On Air show:

That’s actually happened four years in a row. And that’s not just my label’s after-party! That’s just after-parties in general.

Thankfully it’s not a case of discrimination against the ginger star, it just simply boils down to there not being enough space at the venue.

And apparently Ed’s not the only one who has been refused access to the glitzy party, with DJ Pete Tong and actor Adrien Brody also having been denied the right to party.

Ed was understandably hacked off by being refused entry for an unfortunate fourth year running.

He told Ryan Seacrest:

You know what I don’t get?

When you walk into those parties, there’s probably four musicians there and everyone else is just people from LA, who didn’t go to the Grammys and probably just want a party to go to.

Playing the Grammys tonight on cbs, tune in !

We shouldn’t feel too sorry for the Lego House singer though, as he had plenty more parties to go to and soon swaggered off to Diplo’s Hollywood bash instead.

Although not long after he’d arrived, a whole load of people rocked up and put the star off his partying.

He admitted to Ryan Seacrest:

I arrived there super early and I was like, ‘This is really cool! No one’s here!’

And then suddenly 2,000 people turned up and I was like, ‘I’m going.’

Thanks for having me SNL, off to LA now

Clearly parties aren’t something that’s working out for Ed…

He’s probably best off just sticking to his singing.
