J-Lo, Jennifer Lopez, Jenny from the block… call her what you will but one thing is for sure: This woman could undoubtedly lift a car from a pedestrian with one hand, while still holding her mic in the other.
With the glowing, muscular body of a real life Wonder Woman, J-Lo looks much more like an immortal, ageless goddess than a 49-year-old mum of two.
She may have been Maid in Manhattan, but these abs have most definitely been Made in the Gym…
Taking to Instagram during her residency at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, the superstar reflected upon her whirlwind experience; sharing a piccy of herself flexing her guns in a crimson, racerback dress.
With 12 of her 15 shows ticked off, the inexhaustible I’m Real singer was quite rightly proud of having nearly completed a hectic performance schedule which would have left many twentysomethings On The Floor.
Alongside the radiant photograph, the indefatigable J-Lo proclaimed:
Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight!
When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot… but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…
I will work out and be in the best shape of my life… There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could… but here we are with only 3 shows left!!

Fans couldn’t believe how strong and powerful Jen looked, inspired by her tornado of energy and resilience.
One person gasped:
If men can play superheroes in their 40’s/50’s so can a woman & J-Lo looks better than all of those men.
Another admitted:
I’d rather have her defending me in a back alley than Jason Statham.
According to Insider, J-Lo enjoys a high protein diet, and steers clear of caffeine and alcohol.
When it comes to exercise, Lopez is unsurprisingly no shirker. She reportedly works out around three to five times a week, making sure to work out in the mornings to get set up for the day.
Trainer Tracy Anderson told Women’s Wear Daily:
She gives so much and she’s not one of these performers who think they’re just entitled to a good body and is jumping for all kinds of quick fixes.
Not only do her abs look every bit as good as in that picture, they look even better in person.
The fitness guru added:
She’s always working out and taking care of her body, but if she feels like she needs a little more resistance on her bum or something like that, then she’ll say it and she’ll get it.
She’s very aware of finding her own formula and what works for her along the way.
Jen has proved herself to be a fierce rom-com queen; taking on Monster in Laws and Wedding Planning careers like an absolute beast.
Maybe it’s time for her to take her sass to the next level; joining up with the Avengers in a fight for the future of the universe? Come on Marvel, make it happen.
