Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall has left fans in stitches after posting a hilarious ‘optical illusion’ on Instagram.
The 26-year-old shared a photo of herself in a bikini and heels, standing in a pool of water in some moody red lighting.
However, thanks to a well-placed hand, I doubt it’s the kind of photo that will make it into the group’s next load of promo shots because, as Jade said herself – once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
Jade posted a series of images from behind the scenes of Little Mix’s upcoming video for their tune Bounce Back.
Of course, fans were eager to see the candid snaps, but Jade knew she had to get ahead of the joke, so posted the incriminating photo with the caption: ‘forgot to tuck.’
One person commented:
I literally STARED at this for a solid minute before I noticed and now I can’t unsee it. I cannot deal with you at ALL.
Another added:
OMG I‘M DYING RIGHT NOW, ISTG I JUST SAW IT AND CAN‘T STOP LAUGHING.
While another, who knew what they were talking about, commented:
Oh honey sometimes you gotta breathe down there. And sometimes you just run out of tucking tape
Fellow pop star Charli XCX commented: ‘Omg love’, while Jodie Harsh said: ‘look at that meat’, and MNEK jokingly said: ‘ur literally a troll’.
Check it out:
Jade obviously knows how to poke fun at herself, though she recently admitted it wasn’t all plain sailing for her and the band after they came off X Factor.
Speaking to The Sun, she said:
We were only 18 or 19 when we got thrown into the industry and it is a lot to handle.
Maybe there could have been a bit more in place for mental health, we all have suffered in some way.
As four young women getting thrust into the industry, having everyone talking about how you look, just the pressure of suddenly being here was a lot for all of us.
Speaking about how she coped with the fame, she said: ‘We’ve got each other.’
Adding:
We’ve all gone through moments with our mental health, whether it’s talking to someone, getting therapy.
Jesy is doing her documentary soon where she talks about that… Now we are fully grown women, we are more confident to speak about mental health which is really important.
Little Mix are set to release new single Bounce Back on June 14 this year.
