Michael Buble will be spending Christmas at home with his entire family, following his son’s successful first round of cancer treatment.

Doctors have deemed three-year-old Noah, who is battling liver cancer, well enough to spend the festive period out of hospital, according to reports in Argentina.

Instead, Noah and the family will be spending Christmas in Los Angeles with relatives.

The Canadian crooner, his wife and children are not returning to their Vancouver mansion for festivities, instead choosing to stay closer to family and the hospital where Noah is being treated.

Buble’s wife, Argentinian Luisana Lopilato, has been joined by her mother, Beatriz, since the initial diagnosis in November. Her brother and father will fly out to LA for the holidays.

Noah’s cancer was announced via the singer’s Facebook page. The couple said they were putting everything on hold to dedicate their time to helping Noah, their eldest son, get better.

Reports suggest Noah has a 90 per cent chance of survival, according to the Mirror, after undergoing four months of chemotherapy and a possible surgery to remove the cancerous tumour.
