The daughter of pop legend Michael Jackson has given her first ever in-depth interview, revealing a dark conspiracy about the nature of her father’s death.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, 18-year-old Paris Jackson admitted she believes her father was murdered.
According to coroners reports, Michael Jackson died of acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication at his home on North Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills neighbourhood of Los Angeles in June 2009.
However, Paris is convinced her dad was murdered, telling Rolling Stone: “Absolutely. Because it’s obvious. All arrows point to that.”
During the candid interview, the aspiring model and actress elaborated:
He would drop hints about people being out to get him. And at some point he was like, ‘They’re gonna kill me one day…
It sounds like a total conspiracy theory and it sounds like bullshit, but all real fans and everybody in the family knows it. It was a setup. It was bullshit.
Michael’s only daughter believes she will get justice, cryptically describing her desire for revenge as a ‘chess game’, adding: “I am trying to play the chess game the right way. And that’s all I can say about that right now.”
Paris recently made headlines when she vehemently objected to her father’s portrayal in Sky Arts comedy, Urban Myths, in which Joseph Fiennes portrays the late pop icon.
After a history of depression, self-harm and substance abuse, Paris is getting to grips with her celebrity and hoping to use her platform to help make the world a better place.
