Brace yourselves. The biggest countdown of the year has begun, and I’m not talking about the run up to Christmas Day.

Fashionistas get ready. In just half an hour’s time, Post Malone will drop his second collaboration with sensible shoe brand Crocs; once again bringing his fans comfort and style in one suave step.

This second edition comes in a bold shade of yellow, with an illustrated edgy barbed wire pattern differentiating it from your run-of-the-mill Croc.

The instantly recognisable Classic Clog design is personalised further with six unique Jibbitz™ charms; which include a saw blade, skull, snake and a ‘PM-2′ logo. The Posty Co™ motif on the heel completes the rock n’ roll look.

The Post Malone x Crocs Barbed Wire Clog will go on sale as of Tuesday, December 11 at 2.00 p.m. EST (19.00 pm GMT) for $59.99 (£47.91) on the official Crocs website.

Post Malone gave his fans a tantalising glimpse of the coveted Crocs on Monday, December, 10; Instagramming a picture of himself while wearing a pair. And Croc cravers everywhere have been wriggling their toes in anticipation.

One person lamented:

I wish I could tag my mom so she would know I need these for Christmas.

Another threatened:

If I don’t get these for Christmas I will be mightily annoyed.

One enthusiastic person even announced:

Posty has literally brought back Crocs.

Be warned though, these limited edition shoes are in sky high demand and will undoubtedly prove tricky to get your hands/feet on.

The first and last time Post Malone Crocs were released – on November 1, 2018 – they abruptly sold out within ten minutes flat; leaving many fans kicking themselves with envious disappointment.

As reported by the NME, Posty’s Crocs have since been resold online for prices reaching £700. Hole-y moly…

Ahead of the initial release, Posty gave the following statement to the press:

If you like something, go get it. I wear Crocs everywhere from the bar to the stage and I felt it was the perfect collaboration to get together with Crocs and give the fans what they’ve been asking for.

As reported by Bustle, Crocs Chief Marketing Officer Terence Reilly spoke at the time about how they knew Post would be the perfect collaborator:

Amidst his record-setting year, when Post tweeted ‘U can tell a lot about a man by the Jibbitz in his Crocs’, that really got our attention,

Post Malone is a beloved creator and represents what it means to be comfortable in your own shoes, so collaborating on product design is special.

We’re thrilled with how the Post Malone x Crocs Dimitri Clog turned out and excited about what’s to come. Stay tuned.

A Crocs press release has described the rapper as being ‘a long-time Crocs fan who is not afraid to poke holes in convention’, adding how he is ‘an authentic and natural fit for the brand’.

These shoes are evidently not your regular Crocs, they’re your cool Crocs. And you certainly won’t risk wearing these iconic/seriously valuable clogs out while doing your gardening…
