People Are Convinced David Beckham Was On Drugs Ed Sheeran’s Glastonbury Set

What happens at Glastonbury stays at Glastonbury… Unless you’re David Beckham and your antics are featured on the BBC‘s globally televised coverage. 

The former England captain looked to be in the party spirit, three sheets to the wind, as he swayed along to Ed Sheeran’s headline set on the Pyramid Stage on Worthy Farm this past weekend.

Glasto marked the national treasure’s first ever music weekender and it looked as though Becks took the proverbial festival bull by the horns, donning a bucket hat and losing his head in the music, as he was joined by wife, fashion designer Victoria, and his son Brooklyn.

The footage prompted some speculation regarding the 42-year-old’s sobriety.

Many on Twitter came to the conclusion that it was non-existent:

Responding to Twitter speculation, it’s usually best to set your default response to Cynical. Some reports seem to suggest his unusually jittery jaw was down to the ingestion of illegal substances, while other more tentative explanations blame his droopy demeanour on tiredness.

Becks is yet to comment. So, the only thing we’ve really learnt here is that the Internet Detectives won’t let any celebrity enjoy their chewing gum in peace.
