People Are Convinced Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Are Engaged

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez rekindled their romance only last month, however fans are already hearing wedding bells.

Rumours of a possible engagement surfaced after footage of a beaming Justin emerged, while paps pestered him about his plans to put a ring on it.

Some fans found his response – a simple blissful smile – to be more telling than any words could have been…

A fan tweeted the footage with the caption: ‘I can’t get over Justin [sic] big smile when the paps asked ‘are you going to propose to Selena Gomez…’

In the footage, paparazzi types can be heard shouting: ‘Justin, are you gonna propose to Selena Gomez? You guys make a really good couple. I see that smile!’

At this, Justin Bieber appears to visibly brighten – truly looking like a man in love…

The couple appear to be super close since getting back together. Attending church together, riding bikes and generally being incredibly cute.

They were recently spotted kissing passionately at one of Justin’s ice hockey games – much to the delight of Jelena fans everywhere.

Speaking about their love saga to Billboard – which began as a teenage romance back in 2010 – Selena said:

I’m 25. I’m not 18, or 19, or 20. I cherish people who have really impacted my life. So maybe before, it could have been forcing something that wasn’t right.

But that doesn’t mean caring for someone ever goes away. And [that goes for] people in general.

Both singers are older and wiser than they were back when they originally began dating, and will have learnt some important life lessons during their time apart.

It wouldn’t be surprising if the on-off couple decided to take their relationship to the next level, especially with their long, intertwined history.

A source close to Justin has revealed to Elle how the Canadian singer is working hard to prove to Selena’s parents how he will be a good boyfriend for their daughter going forward:

Justin is aware Selena’s family is not thrilled they are hanging out. They think he caused Selena a lot of grief. Justin hopes he can prove to them that he has changed.

He has changed a lot in the past few months. He is a very different person. They have a lot to talk about and are having fun catching up.

Perhaps getting down on one knee would be Justin’s way of showing how he’s now ready to make a true commitment?

Unsurprisingly, Jelena fans have yet to stop squealing with joy.

One person tweeted: ‘I think I might have actual happy tears coming from my eyes’, while another swooned: ‘It’s the grin of big true love the one that makes your heart flutter that smile is so unique he never smiled this big when it comes to paparazzi questions’.
