Attorney and advocate Michael Avenatti has stated R Kelly made a sex tape with a 14-year-old girl, which has now been viewed by reporters at CNN.
According to Avenatti, the VHS tape was discovered after multiple clients came to him and alleged Kelly, 52, had committed sexual assault against minors.
Avenatti has alleged the explicit VHS tape, which is 42 minutes and 45 seconds in length, shows Kelly committing multiple acts of sexual assault against an underage girl.
The video tape has reportedly ‘never previously been publicly disclosed,’ and has only recently been handed over to law enforcement.
I had to pull my car over upon hearing the report on @cnnbrk on @SIRIUSXM on that animal #RKelly yet another video has surfaced with him and a 14 year old. I will spare you the details. It’s horrific. When is that predator going to jail?!!

As reported by CNN, Avenatti is representing a man he has described as being a ‘whistleblower’ against Kelly.
Reporters at CNN, who have seen the tape, have revealed how the tape ‘appears to show Kelly having sex with a girl who refers to her body parts as 14 years old’.
Tweeting a statement today, Avenatti said his office has now handed the videotape over to Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx in Chicago:
As part of our effort to ensure that Mr. Kelly is finally held accountable for his repeated sexual assaults of minors spanning over two decades, we have provided extensive information, including the videotape described above and witnesses, to Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx in Chicago.
The statement continues:
Our work has been painstaking, detailed, expensive, and time consuming. Mr. Kelly is a predator and a criminal who has prayed on young, vulnerable girls for too long.
The time has come for him to finally be held accountable for his actions.
In response to press inquiries, attached is a stmt regarding our work on the R. Kelly matter since April, including the discovery of new critical video evidence establishing his guilt. We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that this predator is brought to justice. pic.twitter.com/D0dGFzgXlX

Kelly’s attorney, Steve Greenberg, has made the following statement on the matter to CNN:
We are unaware of any new information involving Mr. Kelly.
We have not been contacted by anyone. We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement.
I hope two videos is good enough to put @rkelly where his perverted ass belongs. #MuteRKelly #EnoughIsEnough

Why the hell hasn't @Spotify deleted R. Kelly's page? #muteRKelly once and for all. That man doesn't deserve any platforms.

As reported by CNN, the State’s Attorney’s Office have neither confirmed or denied an investigation relating to R Kelly.
