It wasn’t just Taylor Swift’s boycott of the MTV VMAs that made headlines at the awards show – Kanye West sent the Internet wild after he aired a world premiere of his new video featuring a very familiar looking lady.
And the star of the video, who has got a hell of a lot of people talking, is former My Super Sweet 16 diva and current dance legend Teyana Taylor, reports Elite Daily.
Teyana was featured on the classic MTV series back in 2007, but since then her career has gone from strength to strength and the talented dancer has become a regular when major stars look to add dance routines to their work.
Jay Z, Nicki Minaj and Usher have all used her skills and Beyoncé even had Teyana choreograph the Ring The Alarm video.
As well as all this, Teyana is also doing pretty well as a solo artist.
She signed to Pharrell’s Star Trak Entertainment label aged just 15 and has now moved on to Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music where her 2014 album VII hit number one on Billboard’s top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
