In reality UKIP! The Musical is the product of Hell Bent Theatre Company, who’re hoping to showcase it at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Hell Bent Theatre/Deadline It’s a satirical sweep at the party, with the plot centring around Farage’s feelings of impotency and inadequacy, as he struggles to work out how to free Britain from the evil clutches of the EU.
It features such classic UKIP gaffes turned musical numbers as: Bongo Bongo Land, Europa You Raped Her and Let’s Pull Up The Drawbridge.
Hell Bent Theatre But there is a serious message behind the lampooning. Lisa Lynn, part of the theatre company, told the Warrington Guardian:
More than three million people voted for UKIP so it’s something we need to talk about.
