50 Cent has been forced to slash the price of his mansion once again after it failed to sell.

The property, purchased off Mike Tyson back in 2003, was initially on the market for $18.5 million, yet after that failed to sell time and time again, the price has been lowered, now standing at $8.5 million.

Despite initially buying the house for $4.1 million, 50 Cent spent $6 million on renovations to the office and the ground, installing a helicopter pad, an infinity pool and a private cinema.

There are 52 rooms in the mansion in total, including nine kitchens, with it revealed on Oprah Winfrey that 50 Cent spends $72,000 a month just maintaining the property.

The rapper filed for bankruptcy after being ordered to pay $7 million to a woman whose sex tape he allegedly posted online, with his lawyers claiming he will try and sell the mansion once again to raise funds.
