Oh how the other half live!
Singer/songwriter Pharrell Williams has stuck his $10.9 million (£7.25m) Miami mansion on the market and, as you might expect, it’s pretty snazzy.
It turns out producing and featuring on so many bestselling singles is quite a lucrative gig, judging by this 9,000 square feet penthouse, located on the 40th floor of the Bristol Tower in the Brickell district.
The 42-year-old (yes, really) bought the property on the waterfront for a cool $12.5m in 2007 and it boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a three-storey living room featuring an elegant staircase, as well as a 360 degree view over the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.
It also features a rooftop terrace with a pool, a home theatre with plush leather seats, with Family Guy artwork and a framed copy of his interview by Michael Jackson adorning the walls – although we’re not sure the last two come with the house, to be honest.

Apparently Pharrell is moving into another massive pad in Los Angeles. No wonder this guy is always so happy!
