An amateur astronomer thinks he’s spotted the mysterious Planet X on camera.
For those who don’t know Planet X, also known as Niribu, is believed to be a mysterious ninth (sorry Pluto) planet which was prophesied to destroy the planet just yesterday.
NASA have long denied the existence of Niribu but one plucky amateur astrologist believes he’s spotted the mythical planet and even filmed it.
Spoilers he’s probably not really…
David Jordan, the man who filmed the supposed planet, uploaded the 10 minute clip called ‘Genuine Proof of Planet X: Nemesis Sunrise and an Eclipse for good measure’ to YouTube.
In the video he claims:
There are two suns in our sky. These are the images I took on Sept 22 from my garden with an iPhone 7 and an infrared lens taped to the front of it.
As you can clearly see – this was early in the morning – two suns and two reflections as well, it’s crazy.
To anybody who thinks I am doctoring these images or videos, I am not. They are all taken on my iPhone 7, all just set to standard factory settings, and the ones in this particular video are just having an infrared lens from my Nikon camera.
Now I’m not a scientist but to me it looks like the ‘second sun’ he’s talking about could be lens flare especially because David admits in the video that he’s using an ‘infrared lens’ to capture the footage.
It’s also particularity damning during the seventh minute of the video when he moves the camera and Niribu moves with it.
Dr David Morrison of NASA fame also seems to think that the planets a load of nonsense.
In a video uploaded straight to YouTube he said:
There is no credible evidence whatever for the existence of Nibiru. There are no pictures, no tracking, no astronomical observations.
I can quite specifically say how we know Planet X or Nibiru does not exist and does not threaten Earth.
I think I’ll believe the guy who studies space for a living as opposed to the guy with a YouTube channel…
