Carlos Arturo Torres TovarAn inventor has created an incredible new prosthetic arm which is compatible with Lego so kids can swap its gripping attachment for their own custom creations.
Carlos Arturo Torres Tovar of Umeå University in Sweden designed and built the prosthetic, and he hopes it will give children with missing limbs more confidence and improve their everyday lives, while having fun.

IKO is a creative prosthetic system designed for children to explore and empower their creativity in a playful, social, and friendly way. What if kids could make their own prosthetics and have fun at the same time? Learning. Creating. Being kids.
Tovar hopes to use his new creation to help some of the 150 million disabled children aged 14 and younger around the world.
