Top Gear’s famous trio are officially getting back together for a brand new car show after Amazon pulled off one of the biggest coups in TV history by grabbing them.

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have all signed on to present the new show on Amazon’s streaming service and will undoubtedly propel it into the mainstream.

The programme will officially hit our screens next year and will be produced by Andy Wilman, former Top Gear executive and an old friend of the former hosts – who, together, turned it into one of the most successful TV shows in history.

The deal puts an end to months of rumours and back and forth chatter about the fate of the three hosts following the now infamous bust-up between Jeremy Clarkson and the BBC.

And fans of the show will now be happy to finally have confirmation that both Richard Hammond and James May will be joining Clarkson and will reform the trio that single-handedly created the format for car TV shows in general.

Now, it’s time to sit back and watch this again…
