Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s divorce has gone down in the books as one of the most publicised celebrity splits to date.
Considering the announcement came just weeks after their infamous dog smuggling scandal, and included a restraining order and a whole bunch of domestic abuse allegations, it’s not entirely surprising the world was interested.
And if, like many others, you thought Amber was ‘nothing but a gold digger’ – if her pictures and videos already didn’t prove that she wasn’t – this might.
Amber heard is gorgeous but damn she's a gold digger #sorrynotsorry

The actress announced on Thursday that she’s giving the entirety of her $7 million divorce settlement from Johnny Depp to charities including the ACLU and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, the Guardian reports.
Here’s the complete statement about Heard’s intent to donate the entire amount:
As described in the restraining order and divorce settlement, money played no role for me personally and never has, except to the extent that I could donate it to charity and, in doing so, hopefully help those less able to defend themselves. As reported in the media, the amount received in the divorce was $7 million and $7 million is being donated. This is over and above any funds that I have given away in the past and will continue to give away in the future. The donation will be divided equally between the ACLU, with a particular focus to stop violence against women, and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, where I have worked as a volunteer for the past 10 years alongside organizations like the Art of Elysium. Over the years, I have seen firsthand how more funding for staffing, better equipment and better medication can make the difference between life or death for a child. I know these organizations will put the funds to good use and look forward to continuing to support them in the future. Hopefully, this experience results in a positive change in the lives of people who need it the most. – Amber
Thanks to Amber Heard for generously donating to the ACLU!

Heard’s May divorce filing included a temporary restraining order accusing Depp of hitting her during a fight in their Los Angeles apartment, including graphic photos of bruises to her face.
Since then, a number of other photos and videos have surfaced.
Depp denied the allegations, which were dropped as part of the settlement they announced earlier this week.
So, is she still a gold digger everyone? (The answer is no).
