Louis Tomlinson has revealed that a brutal troll called him and told him they ‘hoped his baby dies’.
On the audio track, the One Direction singer – who’s son Freddie was born earlier this year – can be heard confronting the caller, who sounds like an American female, reports The Mirror.
In the recording she can be heard telling the new dad: “I hope your baby dies.” There’s a prolonged silence before Louis can be heard asking: “Did you really just say that?”
He then warned the girl that he was in fact recording the conversation and he would find out who she was:
Luckily for you I’ve got you on record here so that’s going to go straight to my lawyer and we’ll find out who it is.
At which point – you’ve never heard anyone backtrack so quickly – the panicked girl responds: “Oh my God, no, I’m sorry.” Which to be fair, is probably a case of too little too late.
This is just the latest incident in a bumpy few months for Louis and his family, reports Cosmopolitan.
Since Freddie’s birth, Louis and ex-partner Briana Jungwirth have reportedly gone through a custody battle as well as being at the centre of a bizarre conspiracy theory that they had faked their son’s birth.
Being a world famous pop icon obviously has its perks but I really couldn’t be bothered to deal with that bollocks on a regular basis.
Let’s just hope the kid manages to have something close to a normal life.
