Blowing. Shit. Up.
Everyone loves blowing shit up/watching shit get blown up.
And in shit getting blown up news, a four decade old bridge was annihilated in China this week. The Lishui Bridge in Zhangjiajie was blown up with a tonne of explosives, and took only three seconds to crumble.
The 800ft bridge was built 44 years ago, and was demolished to make way for a new one, the People’s Daily Online reported.
Fifteen sections of the bridge were fitted with explosives and detonators. 2,888 sticks of dynamite were used, weighing about a tonne.
Ahhh. There’s something very satisfying about watching a bridge explode.
