The 2016 Presidential election, or as I like to call it America’s Not Got Talent: Presidential Edition, has been something of a shit show to be honest, so thank Christ we’ve got the legendary Barack Obama to remind us decency does exist.
The current U.S. president took the time at a Democratic rally in North Carolina to try and convince voters that the always hypocritical Hilary Clinton was a better choice to lead the country than the self-confessed tax dodger Trump.
Of course as this was a Democratic rally most of the people attending the rally agreed with him (massive surprise there).
YouTubeWell almost everyone, there was one lone voice who booed Obama, an elderly man who held up a Trump sign.
As you’d expect a lot of the Democrats weren’t pleased with this and tried to make him shut up, but Obama told them to leave him alone as he was entitled to his opinion.

Now, listen up! I’m serious, listen up,” he stated. “You’ve got an older gentleman who is supporting his candidate. He’s not doing nothing. You don’t have to worry about him. This is what I mean about folks not being focused.”
First of all, we live in a country that respects free speech. So, second of all, it looks like maybe he might have served in our military, and we’ve got to respect that.
Third of all, he was elderly, and we’ve got to respect our elders. And fourth of all, don’t boo, vote!
While it’s nice to see Obama trying to promote some sense of decency he did also use the rally to insult Trump in an attempt to damage his chances of election.
I’m sorry but this entire thing’s been a fucking omnishambles and I can’t wait for it to be over…
