Brad Pitt is reportedly being investigated by LA police after claims that he “physically and verbally abused his children after getting wasted on a private jet” the day before Jolie filed for a divorce.
According to the Daily Mail, it has been claimed that the family were on a flight when Pitt allegedly became ‘wasted’ and started ‘screaming’ and continued the ‘rant’ when the plane landed.
Pitt and Jolie are already believed to have been interviewed by child protection services, and it is thought that the children will also be questioned as part of the investigation.
This comes amid claims Pitt offered to go into therapy for drug and alcohol use as a final attempt to save his marriage.

A source close to Pitt has said that Pitt is a dedicated father and would never put his wife or family under any threat – but that Jolie ‘has chosen to destroy his reputation’ and has been ‘acting crazy’.
The source said to the Sun:

Yes, he did drink and smoke weed. And yes, they did have fights where he’d raise his voice. He knows he needs to improve and is trying to make himself a better person for the sake of the children.
Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on Monday for ‘the health of her family’ and cited irreconcilable differences as well as filing for custody of their children.
Jade Dixon, who was best friends with Angelina’s late actress mum Marcheline Bertrand, added:
She is like her mum and very protective of her children.
As much as she loves Brad, she will always put the children first and their safety if there is some issue like that. If nothing else to get his attention to get help.
Actress Marion Cotillard, who has been accused of cheating with co-star Pitt, has also revealed she is pregnant with her second child with partner Guillaume Canet.
