Incredible new timelapse footage filmed by NASA astronaut Scott Kelly shows what the natural light display known as the Aurora Borealis looks like from space.
Kelly took the video, which shows the colourful lights dancing across the Earth’s surface, from the International Space Station where he’s on a year-long mission to collect important scientific data for future human exploration of our solar system.
