A bully who was seen humiliating two 14-year-old girls in a video that was watched by millions has walked free from court.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, ordered the victims to get on their knees and beg forgiveness for apparently giving her “dirty looks”.
She then hit the girls with their handbags, and stole cash and a mobile phone.

The girl, from Birmingham, has since apologised, saying:
I’m really sorry. It’s not just shamed me, but also my family and the people that know me.
The Sun reported that she’s had to move house since receiving thousands of death threats, with people even painting the word “scum” on the property.
District judge David Robinson sentenced her to a ten-month intensive referral order, ordering her mother to pay the victims compensation of £400 and £100 respectively.
